Iced Rooibos Latte

Perfect for warm afternoons or when you want something refreshing but more interesting than water.

What you need:

  • 1 double shot rooibos espresso (60ml), cooled slightly
  • 200ml cold milk of choice
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: 1 tsp honey or vanilla syrup

How to make it:

1. Pull a double shot and let it cool for a minute

2. Fill a tall glass with ice

3. Pour in the cold milk

4. Slowly pour the rooibos espresso over the top - it creates a beautiful layered effect

5. Stir, sip, enjoy

Pro tip: Oat milk works brilliantly here. Its natural creaminess pairs perfectly with rooibos, and you get that Instagram-worthy colour gradient.
