This is where it begins. A finely milled rooibos from the Cederberg mountains, brewed the way you'd brew the good stuff through a moka pot, on the stove, slow enough to notice. What comes out is a ruby-red shot with real body and a soft, honeyed warmth. No caffeine, no compromise on the ritual.
The world is busy. You don't have to be.
Everything you need to start is in the box. Set the pot on the heat, listen for it, pour. That's the whole ceremony.
In the box:
- Bialetti Venus 4-cup moka pot
- 250g bag of Roi (around 20 shots)
- Brew card with the method, step by step
Drink it neat as a short ruby shot, or stretch it into milk for something longer and softer. However you take it, it's yours.
How to Use
Espresso Machine
Loosely fill ¾ of the basket with Roi. Heat water and allow the liquid to filter through into the cup. Do not tamp.
Moka Pot
Fill the bottom chamber with water up to the valve. Loosely fill ¾ of the basket with Roi. Assemble, heat on medium, and remove once it bubbles.
French Press
Add 2–3 teaspoons (15ml) of Roi to the beaker. Add 200ml of boiling water, stir gently, and allow 5–10 minutes to infuse. Press the plunger slowly. Serve to taste.
100% Pure Rooibos (Aspalathus linearis). Nothing else.
